EFT is a fast and effective way to reduce stress when faced with circumstances you’d rather not be facing. You could try continuously tapping while stating every part of the problem that makes you feel overwhelmed. How do you feel about the situation? What bothers you the most about it? What fears do you have about what has happened and what could happen? When you can remove the overwhelm, you can think more clearly and thus discover solutions to the situation you’re being faced with.
